We invite you to purchase specially prepared Gift Cards for treatments – an elegant and original gift for your family, friends, employees and clients. Gift Cards for treatments of your choice, with or without an indication of the price, to be used at any time (valid for 12 months from the date of purchase).
We are pleased to announce that we have launched an online purchase module for you.
If time doesn’t permit you to visit our showroom and purchase a corporate gift Card, purchase a gift certificate online and email, print or give in person. Quick, easy and anytime.
Gift Cards Regulations
I Terms of Use of the Gift Cards
1. The Gift Cards entitle their holder to use the services in Ambra Day SPA in accordance with the price list and the value of the Gift Card. The Gift Cards may be used to pay for all services according to the offer available on the website www.ambraspa.pl.
2. The Gift Cards are valid for 6 months.
3. The Gift Card may be used during one or more visits depending on the services purchased.
4. The recipient is required to make an appointment reservation in advance at tel. (12) 421-66-66, 607 100 974, e-mail: recepcja@ambraspa.pl or in person.
5. A cancellation of an appointment must be made 24 hours before the appointment by phone, e-mail or in person. OTHERWISE, THE CARD IS CONSIDERED FULFILLED AND IS AUTOMATICALLY CANCELLED. An attempt to make a phone call must be successful, i.e. the call must be answered by an Ambra Day Spa employee. If a phone call or text message is not possible, please send an email to: recepcja@ambraspa.pl or use the form available at www.ambraspa.pl. Unsuccessful contact attempts will not be accepted.
6. The Card must be presented at the reception desk before using the treatment.
7. The Card is not subject to refund or exchange for cash. There is also no possibility of giving the change in cash from the Card which is higher than the value of services used.
8. The bestowed person may, upon request, pay a surcharge on the Card, if the value of the services to be used is higher than the value of the Card.
9. Registered Gift Cards may be transferred to another person.
10. Gift Cards to selected services or a package of services may be exchanged for all other services in the Ambra Day SPA offer.
11. The Card is not exchangeable for cosmetics available in the Day Spa’s retail sale.
12. The following Regulations constitute an integral part of the Gift Cards. When placing an order the Buyer declares that he has familiarised himself with the content of the Regulations and accepts them in full.
II Sale Rules of the Gift Cards
1. The Gift Cards are issued in the form of elegant Gift Cards packed in an envelope. 2. The Gift Cards may be packed in an elegant box with the Ambra Day Spa logo for an additional PLN 5. When an Card is purchased for more than 500 PLN a box is free of charge.
3. The Gift Cards are available on a continuous basis and may be of any value.
4. Gift Cards of a certain amount are personal Gift Cards.
5. Gift Cards with no names shall be valid for selected services or packages of services.
6. Gift Cards may be purchased at the Ambra Day SPA. The purchase of Gift Cards in the salon shall not entail any additional fees.
7. Gift Cards may also be purchased by placing an order via e-mail at: recepcja@ambraspa.pl and via the website at: www.ambraspa.pl/kup-zaproszenie/
8. The Gift Cards ordered by e-mail or by telephone shall be paid by bank transfer. The acceptance of the order and data for the transfer shall be confirmed by the Seller by e-mail to the address provided by the Buyer in the order.
9. At the request of the Buyer, the Gift Card may be sent to the address by registered mail.
10. The fee for sending the Card by courier is 35 PLN.
